Briefs before showings, and How did it go?
A heads-up before each appointment, and a quick question after it.
Before
Shortly before each booked showing, meeting, or call, Em sends you a brief: who it is, what they want, what you talked about last, and anything you promised. It's like having her whisper in your ear on the way in. Choose how long before (10 minutes to an hour) on Your profile. It comes as a notification, or by email if notifications aren't on.
After
A little while after a showing or meeting, Em asks How did it go? Tap and talk for ten seconds while it's fresh. She files it the same way as any note: feedback, next steps, a second showing. If you have showings back to back, she waits and asks once at the end.
