Set up your profile and signature
Your name, photo, brokerage, and sign-off, so every email Em writes sounds and looks like you.
Agents
Em writes emails in your name, so give her a few minutes on Your profile and she'll sound like you from day one.
- Open Your profile (your name at the bottom of the menu).
- Add your photo, your phone, your brokerage, and your license number.
- Set the email address replies should go to. Emails Em sends for you come from your own Em address, and when a client hits Reply it goes straight to this inbox.
- Choose how you sign off, and check the signature preview.
Teach Em how you write
The more you send, the more Em sounds like you. When you change one of her drafts before sending, she notices what you changed and writes closer to that next time. You can see what she's learned (and turn it off) on your profile.
