What credits pay for (and what's free)

You get 500 credits every month, refilled on the 1st. Credits only pay for things you ask Em to do:

• Ask Em a question: 1 (2 if it needs Em's judgment, like "who should I call first?")
• Em writes or rewrites an email: 2
• Em writes or rewrites a text: 1
• Scan a photo: 3
• Em writes a whole campaign: 5, or 2 to rewrite one email

Reading your notes, filing details, reading lead emails, keeping client stories up to date, your morning email, briefs, phone contacts files, and anything you write yourself.

If Em can't finish something, she gives the credits back automatically. Monthly credits are used first, then any you bought, which never expire. Assistants use the credits of the agent whose book they're in.
