Your plan after leaving a team

When your team pays for Em, your seat is covered. If you leave the team, you keep Em on your own and your plan becomes yours.

• Your first week is free. Your clients, notes, calendar, and everything you do yourself work as usual.
• Em takes a breather until your plan is set up. She saves your notes but doesn't read them, and asking her questions, drafts, and scans are off.
• After the week, signing in takes you to Your plan, where you can set it up or download your clients.

To set up your plan, open Your plan and tap Set up my plan. As soon as it's done, Em picks up right where you left off.
