How Em keeps each client's story
The few lines at the top of every person's page, kept up to date as you add notes.
Open anyone in Em and the first thing you see is their story: a few sentences that catch you up before a call, like a friend filling you in. Em writes it from everything you've told her, their emails, and your history together.
Where it comes from
Your notes, the emails you send and get, calls and showings you log, and the details on their page. When something new comes in, Em updates the story on her own.
The details underneath
All fields shows everything Em knows, sorted into tabs (contact, real estate, personal, relationships, homes). Change anything there by hand. Lock a detail and Em leaves it exactly as you set it.
The timeline
Everything that happened with them, newest first: notes, calls, emails, showings, and stage changes. Anything an assistant added says who did it.
