Get your emails into Em
BCC your private Em address from Gmail or Outlook, and client replies come back on their own.
You don't need to connect your email account. Em has a simpler way, and she never sees your whole inbox.
Emails you send from Gmail or Outlook
- Open Your profile and find Emailing from Gmail or Outlook?
- Copy your private Em address.
- When you email a client, add that address as BCC. Your client never sees it.
Em puts the email on the client's timeline, counts it as a touch, and updates the calendar if you agreed on a new time.
Save the address as a contact called "Em" so it's quick to add.
Replies from clients
Emails Em sends for you go out from your own Em address with your email as the reply address. When a client replies, it lands in your normal inbox, and Em logs it on their timeline too.
New leads
Forward lead emails to your Em address, or have Zillow, Realtor.com and other sites send to it directly. See Get new leads into Em.
