Write and send emails with Em

1. Tap Email on someone's page, or Draft email on a Today item.
2. Tell Em what you want to say in a few words, or leave it to Em. Know exactly what to write? Choose Write it myself, which uses no credits.
3. Read the draft. Change anything, or tap a tone: Friendly, Shorter, Warmer, or More direct.
4. Press Send. Nothing ever sends without you.

The email goes out under your name, with your signature and photo, and replies come to your inbox. It's logged on the client's timeline and checks the item off Today.

If Em needs a fact she doesn't have, she leaves a gap like [time] rather than making something up. She won't send until you fill it in, so a placeholder never reaches a client.
