Close your account

Em pauses right away and deletes everything after 30 days, with time to change your mind.

Agents
  1. Download anything you want to keep first (see Export your contacts).
  2. On Your profile, under Your account, tap Close account, read what happens, and confirm.

What happens

  • Em stops right away: no emails sent for you, campaigns paused, no morning email.
  • Your assistants lose access to your book.
  • For 30 days you can still sign in to download your data or keep your account.
  • After 30 days, your clients, notes, emails, files, and settings are deleted for good, and bought credits are lost.
