Your book of business is yours. Here's what Em does and doesn't do with it.

The short version:

  • Your book of business is yours. Em only uses it to help you, and never sells it.
  • AI never learns from your data. Em uses Anthropic's Claude, which doesn't train on what you send it.
  • Em never sees your whole inbox. Only emails you send to your private Em address, or that clients send in reply, reach her.
  • Talking to Em records no audio. Your phone turns speech into words, and only the words reach her.
  • You can leave with everything, and closing your account deletes it after 30 days.
