Download your contacts as a spreadsheet, or everything in your account as a .zip.

Just your contacts
Open People and tap Export next to your contact count. You'll get a spreadsheet (.csv) of everyone, which opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Everything
On Your profile, under Your account, tap Download next to Download everything. You'll get a .zip with your contacts, timeline, notes and emails, to-dos, messages sent, and your shorthand, each as a spreadsheet.
On a team? Your team leader decides whether agents can export. If you don't see Export, that's why. Ask your team leader if you need a copy.
