When your emails need the agent's OK

When you write an email in an agent's book, the button says Send to (their name) for OK instead of Send. You can add a note for them.

The agent sees it waiting on their Today, reads it, changes anything they like, and sends it. Change it again before they do and it updates.

Sending without an OK

An agent can let you send for them. They do it on Your profile, under their assistants. Then your emails go out right away, still in the agent's name.

Texts

Texts always go to the agent to send, since they go out from the agent's own phone.
