If you leave your team

Your team leader takes you off the team in Em. What happens to your clients depends on your team's rules, which your team leader sets: some teams let agents take all their clients, some keep the leads the team gave you, and many keep deals that are under contract.

Your Em account

You keep Em, on your own. Your clients that go with you stay exactly as they were, with every note, email, and to-do.

• Your first week is free. Everything works, but Em can't read your notes, write drafts, or answer questions until your plan is set up.
• After the week, you can sign in to set up your plan or download your clients, and everything comes back once your plan is set up.
