Team numbers and nudges
How everyone is doing, who could use a hand, and a friendly nudge in one tap.
Team shows the last 7, 30, or 90 days for the whole team and for each person: touches, new leads and how fast they heard back, active deals, deals under contract, and closed. Sample clients are never counted.
Could use a hand
Em flags anyone who might need help right now: new leads nobody has called, client emails waiting more than a day, a pile of overdue to-dos, a quiet week, or not opening Em.
Nudge
Tap Nudge and Em writes a friendly note from those reasons (friendly, not a scolding). Change it however you like and send. It shows at the top of their Today (and on their phone, if notifications are on) with the clients linked. They tap On it or reply, and you'll see that on the Team page.
