Switch between the agents you help

As an assistant, you work inside the books of the agents you help. Your team leader chooses which ones.

• The bar at the top always shows whose book you're in.
• Help more than one agent? Switch between them from that bar.
• Everything you do (notes, calls, new clients, to-dos) happens in that agent's book, and their timeline shows it was you.

What you can do

Pretty much everything an agent can: add and update clients, log calls, check off to-dos, scan sign-in sheets, and draft emails and texts. A few things stay with the agent: sending emails (unless they let you, see When your emails need the agent's OK) and starting campaigns.
