Invite your team

Add agents and assistants, and choose which agents each assistant helps.

Team leaders
  1. Open Team, then Invite someone.
  2. Add their name and email and choose Agent or Assistant.
  3. They get an email to set up their account. Until they do, they show under Waiting to join, where you can resend or take back the invite.

Assistants

Open an assistant under People, tap Manage, and tick the agents they help. They can only work in those agents' books. See Switch between the agents you help for what they see.

Managers

Under Manage, tick Can approve team campaigns to let someone besides you approve shared campaigns.
